I teach functional online yoga classes, focused on enhancing your overall well-being through adaptive and functional body movements.

With my experience as a certified LYT Method® instructor, I'll be here to guide you and ensure your practice is both safe and effective.

In my classes, you'll learn the biomechanics of various asanas and transitions. This will allow you to optimize each movement and make the most of every session. I'm here to share practical and applicable knowledge.

LYT Method®

Movement Changes Everything

When we move better, we feel better. LYT Method®, created by physiotherapist and yoga teacher Lara Heimann, PhD, uses specific movement sequences to help everyone, from beginners to Olympic athletes and professionals.

The aim is to retrain habitual movement patterns and correct postural imbalances, making you feel stronger, more energized, and balanced both on and off the mat.

All classes begin with the "Reset", a series of exercises that help establish a neutral and balanced position in the body.

The second part focuses on "Mobilize," where yoga asanas and functional movement are incorporated to warm up and mobilize the joints, preparing the body for greater ranges of motion.


Finally, in "The Flow", the previous sequences are integrated to challenge the body and mind, helping movements to become more natural and automatic in everyday life.
